ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :-
To promote and professionally sell a wide range of insurance products to potential clients as on takaful financial ,medical, income, children,education and retirement.
To provide professional advice on appropriate financial products based on customer needs.
To ensure customer satisfactions and provide excellent after sales-services.
To achieve individual sales targets and contribute towards the achievement of the branch target.
To participate in company activities and training to increase knowledge and skills.
To actively market and sell insurance products to all the clients.
To build strong client relationships to retain and grow the wealth of the clients.
To receive valuable market insight and feedback.
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree.
Candidates will be involved in the role like Human Resources (HR), Marketing ,Training, Finance and Sales.
Preferably in Sales-Financial Services (Insurance) or equivalent.
Must be creative and have a take-charge personality.
Able to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
Good communication skills, analytical and problem- solving skills.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
No experience and fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
