Tracking, maintaining and monitoring budgets and expenditures.
Prepare monthly and annual financial report for meeting and auditing.
Prepare receipts for donations.
Organizing, attending and participating in meetings.
Documenting, reporting and following up on every actions and decisions made.
Providing administrative support as needed.
Undertaking project tasks and strategies as required.
Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately.
Assess risks and issues and provide solutions.
May supervise and/or lead lower graded staff and/or students.
Perform other functions that might be assigned from time to time by direct supervisor.
