Responsibilities
Conduct 360 degree IT recruitment, both contract or permanent from start to finish.
Conduct business development and acquire new clients/leads through cold calls, client meetings and networking.
Maintain strong relationship and rapport with the clients i.e hiring managers and candidates alike.
Advertise job roles/vacancies in multiple channels and job platforms
Sources for good and qualified IT candidates through multiple channels.
Manages a pipeline of IT candidates for existing and potential clients and attracting new candidates.
Screens new candidates to fullfill new requirements from clients.
Negotiates salary package with the candidates.
Onboarding and offboarding of candidates.
Conducts regular studies and researches of IT hiring and landscape in Malaysia
Requirements
A Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
At least 3 (three) years of working experience in a 360 degree recruitment role in a recruitment agency hiring IT professionals.
Mandatory to have recruitment sales experience.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
