Ability to build, lead and manage an operation team is a must.
Experience in strategic planning and prioritizing workload for team is a must.
Manage and direct operations team to achieve business targets (involve in livestock, fresh meat product and composting). Assist in developing or updating standards operating procedures for all business operational activities.
Assist in building the processes that are necessary to meet and potentially surpass production goals.
Build strong relationship by addressing customer issues and complaints in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate and clear documentation for operational procedures and activities.
Work in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Ensure team follows standard operating procedures for all operational functions.
Manage work assignment and allocation for staff.
Conduct performance review and provide performance feedback to staff.
Provide operational support and guidance to staff.
Assist in developing operating and capital budgets.
Monitor and control expense according to allotted budget.
Conduct regular meetings with team to discuss about issues, concerns, updates, etc.
Support departments activities, process and system administration.
A candidate who is positive, self-motivated, dynamic, self-disciplined and able to work independently.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Operations Management, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Management or equivalent.
Min 5 years experience working in logistic/inventory, warehouse or in any related field.
Must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy the challenges of supporting and office job
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Hardworking and good work ethics is a must.
Possesses own transport and willing to travel. Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu.
