We are hiring technical support engineer that can provide excellent support to our customers while troubleshoot common technical problems found in web-based systems. Training will be provided so this is a great opportunity to accelerate your career plan.

Job Description

Ensuring effective front end and back end functionality of applications
Keeping record of configuration changes and scheduling application updates
Documenting processes and monitoring application performance metrics
Providing front end support to clients and colleagues
Develop troubleshooting tips and tools to use in diagnosis
Extend end user support for current applications

Job Requirements

Degree in Computer Science related fields, equivalents or more
Minimum 1-2 years of work experience
Exceptional communication skills
Knowledge of front end and back end programming languages such as React, C# & SQL
Able to Work Independently
Quickly Learn New Technologies
