Inspect, service and maintenance of air conditioning and chiller system.
Clean blowers and coils, check tensions of belts & motors
Install, replace or repair equipment parts that has been damaged
Working knowledge of mechanical systems including trouble shooting, repair, and service & maintenance of air conditioning, chiller will be added advantage.
Maintain record of work performed and parts/materials used.
To perform any ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
High sense of responsibility, highly disciplined person, punctual, meticulous on job assigned.
Able to work individually or in team.
Job Requirement:
Experience: Preferably experienced in Air Conditioning or Chiller System service and maintenance job.
Required Skill(s): Basic electronic/electrical knowledge- General maintenance service and troubleshooting problems.
Positive attitudes and willing to learn.
Responsible on job schedule given.
